We offer only the finest cuts of hand selected meats. All our smoked meats are seasoned in house with our special blends of spices and herbs. We take the time to classically smoke our meats.

Located in Iconic Downtown Bloomington on the corner of Main and Mulberry Street. Built in 1873 the building and the decor gives a classic feel to the dining experience representing Downtown through the decades.

Available
We have eight picnic tables available for full service outdoor seating. These tables are able to seat up to six adults. Outdoor seating is currently first come first serve.
Enjoy a cold locally brewed beer and the Illinois summer weather on the corner of Main Street and Mulberry in Downtown Bloomington not far from Illinois State University Campus.
BRISKET perfection takes time
We use aged White Oak for our slow smoked brisket. Our custom built, in-house smoker takes 12-16 hours to fully smoke a brisket. We use a traditional rub on our locally sourced Certified Angus beef brisket.
